The approach focused on restructuring the information architecture, grouping services into clearer categories and defining a consistent visual hierarchy across the platform into a clear hierarchy, and creating a consistent visual language to support usability and scalability.
The result is a a more structured and scalable experience, improving how services are understood and navigated across the platform.
